FAQs

  • Something has stopped working
    If something isn't working as it should and it's my responsibility, you should first contact the letting agent. They're authorised to sort out most problems straight away and will have the best local contacts for the job, so it's your best bet for a quick resolution. If you encounter problems getting something fixed, contact me with the details, so I can speak to them and ensure it gets sorted for you.
  • Can I do this?
    If you want to check whether you have permission to do something (e.g. decorating, minor DIY, host a rave, convert a bedroom into a brothel), you can check with the letting agent who will usually know what is OK. If they say no and you disagree or you think it's a really important thing that needs to be done, you can contact me to double check.
  • I'm unhappy with the letting agent
    I'm pretty sure this will never be the case, but if you don't feel like you're getting the level of service you expect from the letting agent, contact me with the details.
  • I have a suggestion
    If you've got an idea for how to improve the property or service, you can drop me a message. You will know better than me what it's like to live there, so any feedback on what is good or bad about the place is most welcome.
  • COVID-19
    If you've been affected by COVID-19 and you're worried about your living situation, contact the letting agent for professional advice. I'll do my best to help in any way that I can.
